Load all four ERPAG exports to open the dashboard — the Work orders, Bill of materials, Stock card, and Purchase orders exports. They're read straight from the files; the dashboard recognizes which is which automatically and opens once all four are loaded.
Files are read locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. Once auto-fetch from Drive is set up, the latest exports load on their own.
On-hand stock, the low-stock level that flags the red warning, average monthly usage (trailing 182.5 days ÷ 6), months of cover, restock lead time, the latest date to reorder, and on-hand value. All point-in-time — the date filter doesn't affect this table. Stock Remaining turns red when cover is below the lead time — i.e. on-hand drops under Low Stock — and Order By turns red once the reorder date has passed. Used/Month counts all consumption — finished goods, loss-in-process (LIP), and R&D — so cover and the reorder date already include material lost in production. Click a header to sort.ไทย
Where the spend goes — each ingredient's material cost and its share of the total for this selection. Cost is the common denominator, so a small-volume but pricey ingredient still ranks. Follows the current filters and the Raw materials / R&D toggle above.ไทย
One row per packaging SKU. All point-in-time — the date filter doesn't affect this table. Lead time is a flat 16 weeks. Stock Remaining turns red when cover is below the lead time; Low Stock is the on-hand level where that happens; Order By turns red once the reorder date has passed. Thai = ends THA/TOP, Export = ends EN. Click a header to sort.ไทย
Cost per kg across every purchase order, by ingredient — drawn straight from the Purchase orders export. Prices are normalized to ฿/kg and weighted averages ignore flagged POs. Click a row for detail.ไทย
Each bubble is one PO, sized by kg bought and colored by supplier. The line is the quantity-weighted monthly average.
LIP raw-material loss per month (bars) and loss as a % of finished-goods production that month (line). Covers all loaded work orders; the Product line filter applies. Weight figures are reliable; cost figures are not — early-January records carry unrealistic prices, so read ฿ as indicative.ไทย
Sorted by loss rate (LIP ÷ FG). Highlights the worst offenders.ไทย
LIP weight vs. the matching FG production, as a loss rate.ไทย
Raw materials going into LIP, by weight and value. Implied ฿/kg is shown so unrealistic cost entries stand out.ไทย

Ending balance per ingredient at each month-end (last 6 months). Click a month's + / − to expand its receipts (In) and consumption (Out). Cost/kg, value and Avg PO Qty come from the stock-card ledger; Use/Month is the trailing-6-month usage from work orders.ไทย
Count the physical stock, then enter what you found — in kg for weighed items, pcs for packaging and finished goods. ERPAG on hand is the stock-card balance as of the end of the count date, shown in both g and kg; Used in month is all work-order consumption (incl. LIP and R&D) from the 1st of the count month through the count date. Differences under 0.01 kg (or 1 pc) count as zero. A row turns red when the difference exceeds ±5% of the month's usage, and Additional info auto-fills with that % and the amount — edit it or add a remark; manual edits are never overwritten and go into the export. Counts save automatically in this browser, per count date. Export ERPAG xlsx writes only the rows with a difference, ready to import into ERPAG as a stock adjustment. Click a header to sort.ไทย
Pick finished-good SKUs and bar quantities to see the raw materials and packaging required (latest BOM) — per SKU and totaled. Totals turn red when on-hand stock isn't enough; hover a total to see what's left after producing. + adds another SKU.ไทย
One row per finished-good flavor — THA and TOP combined, EN separate. Production Days and FG Output (in bars) follow the period filter; Potential # of Units and # of Months are point-in-time (current on-hand stock × the latest BOM). Limited By names the component that caps the potential — hover it for that component's on-hand stock and per-bar usage. Potential assumes all current stock goes to this one flavor, so the flavors aren't simultaneously achievable. Use the Ingredients Calculator above to size a specific production run.
