Load the five ERPAG exports — Work orders, Bill of materials, Stock card, Purchase orders and Stock adjustments. They're read straight from the files and the dashboard recognizes which is which automatically. The first four are required and it opens as soon as they're in; Stock adjustments isn't required, but it carries the real date of every stock adjustment, and without it those movements sit on the day they were keyed into ERPAG rather than the day they happened. The Exceptions file (the "Hardcoded Exceptions for Claude Dashboard" sheet) is optional — when present, its rows override the matching export rows.
Files are read locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. Once auto-fetch from Drive is set up, the latest exports load on their own.
On-hand stock, the low-stock level that flags the red warning, average monthly usage (trailing 182.5 days ÷ 6), months of cover, restock lead time, the latest date to reorder, and on-hand value. All point-in-time — the date filter doesn't affect this table. Stock Remaining turns red when cover is below the lead time — i.e. on-hand drops under Low Stock — and Order By turns red once the reorder date has passed. One row per ingredient — click it to open its lots in FIFO order (#1 gets used first). The expanded list shows PO receipts only; stock found in stocktakes or adjustments is folded into the oldest open lot. The queue bar shows the lots by share of remaining stock, colored by risk. Problem compares each lot's expiry against how fast the stock ahead of it gets used (trailing 6-month rate): green = used up comfortably before expiry, yellow = under ~1 month of margin, red = projected to expire unused (or no recent use at all). Grey = no expiry data — recorded on POs from Jul 2026, so older receipts fill in as their POs are backfilled. Days-left still flags red within 60 days (or the restock lead time for single-lot ingredients, e.g. Date paste at 12 weeks). All point-in-time.ไทย

Count the physical stock, then enter what you found — in kg for weighed items, pcs for packaging and finished goods. ERPAG on hand is the stock-card balance as of the end of the count date, shown in both g and kg; Used in month is all work-order consumption (incl. LIP and R&D) from the 1st of the count month through the count date. Differences under 0.01 kg (or 1 pc) count as zero. A row turns red when the difference exceeds ±5% of the month's usage, and Additional info auto-fills with that % and the amount — edit it or add a remark; manual edits are never overwritten and go into the export. Counts save automatically in this browser, per count month. Export ERPAG xlsx + PDF writes the ERPAG import file — every item in the selected categories, whether or not it differs, because ERPAG treats an item missing from the file as counted at zero. The button stays disabled until every row has a count. It also writes an A4 PDF of the completed count, all columns, every item. Every stocktake and stock adjustment since 01/02/2026, sorted into buckets so the real discrepancies can be separated from housekeeping. True variance is what remains after administrative entries, R&D transfers, cross-SKU swaps and later corrections are set aside — use the chips to bring the others back into view. Tolerance is ±25 pcs for packaging (hand-counted bundles of 100) and 5% of on-hand or ฿100, whichever is larger, for weighed items. A verdict needs at least four counts.
